Chicken Manicotti

Chicken Manicotti

This is the easiest recipe ever! It was quick, very little mess involved, and kids love it!

1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 1/2 lbs chicken breast tenders (uncooked)
14 uncooked manicotti
(30 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread 1/3 cup of the spaghetti sauce in ungreased 12x9 baking dish. Sprinkle garlic powder on chicken. Insert chicken into uncooked manicotti shells. Place shells on spaghetti sauce in dish. Pour remaining spaghetti sauce evenly over shells, covering completely. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake about 1 hour, or until shells are tender

I am going to try this... It sounds good! By the way, what a FAB picture of you and your mom!

That sounds pretty good. How many did it make? Do you think it would freeze well? Lots of questions.

I made only 8 of them with 2 pieces of chicken and it was enough for both of us, one for Sydney and lunch for Shane. So I am sure it makes a lot if you do them all!!
