This was a bad 5 days. On Wednesday morning I cheated and jumped on the scale. I was back up the 2 lbs I lost last week. So all day yesterday I drank water and water and water, had a healthy and portioned breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so I thought it would bring me down at least a pound........so this morning when I jumped on the scale, I had some hopes that I would have only gone up one at the most.
NOPE!!! I freaking am up 3 lbs!! WTF?? I just don't get it. Something is WRONG WITH MY BODY!! I did NOT cosume enough calories to go up 3 lbs in 5 days.
So I am officially up 3 from last week.
Total loss: NONE +1 actually.
I can NOT afford to go to WW every week. It is not an option. I have been "counting" points here and it isn't working. I am about ready to give up and turn into a 2 Ton woman.
