Monday: Spaghetti (using Ziti noodles and hamburger) and salad
Tuesday: Italian Grilled Chicken (Chicken breasts marinated in Fat Free Italian dressing), grilled potatoes (Potatoes cut up into small chunks with salt and pepper and olive oil wrapped in foil and grilled), and corn.
Wednesday: Oven Baked Cod (delicious!), Orginal Long Grain Rice, and brocholli
Thursday: Fresh Herb Penne with Chicken and Tomatoes and salad
Friday: Chicken Noodle Soup and crackers (yep...the canned stuff, since Fridays are busy and exhausting).
Saturday: Out for lunch and dinner
Sunday: Basil Pork Chops, baked potatoes with butter and sour cream, and peas
